Troubleshooting

Solve the most common problems without needing assistance.

1. Clean the sensor with a dry, soft cloth. 2. Re-register the fingerprint in the Elekro app. 3. Check if the battery is above 20%. 4. If it persists, restart the lock by holding the reset button for 10s.

1. Check if the router is in the 2.4GHz range (not 5GHz). 2. Bring the camera closer to the router during setup. 3. Restart the router and the camera. 4. In the app, delete the device and add it again.

1. Use only the original magnetic charger. 2. Check if the contact pins are clean. 3. Try a different outlet. 4. If the LED does not light up after 30min, contact support.

1. Check if Bluetooth is active on the cell phone. 2. Open the Elekro Health app and force synchronization. 3. Check if the watch has updated firmware. 4. Unpair and pair again.

1. Check if the HDMI cable is 2.1 (Ultra High Speed). 2. Enable HDR mode in the image settings. 3. Check if the source (streaming/console) supports HDR10+. 4. Update the TV firmware.

1. Check the door thickness (minimum 35mm, maximum 70mm). 2. Use the specific drilling template for aluminum. 3. Use drill bits for metal (not for wood). 4. Apply silicone to the holes for sealing. 5. Consult the specific manual or schedule a certified installer.

1. Calibrate the compass in an open area, away from metal structures. 2. Check if the drone and controller firmware are updated. 3. Make sure the battery is above 50% for the first flight. 4. Avoid flying near cell towers or high voltage lines.
