Elekro operates in two segments: B2C (consumer technology products — smart digital locks and appliances in development) and B2B (electronic engineering consulting, hardware/software development and custom solutions for industries).

Our first product on the market is the Signature Wi-Fi Digital Lock, a smart lock with biometrics, Wi-Fi and multiple access methods. We are also developing new smart appliances like the Elekro Portable Dryer.

Yes. Elekro was founded in São Paulo in 2023 and is headquartered in Brazil. All our product engineering, support and commercial management are carried out in Brazil.

Yes! The lock works perfectly offline with biometrics, password, RFID card and mechanical key. Wi-Fi connection is only needed for remote control via app, real-time notifications and cloud access history.

The lock offers 5 unlock methods: biometrics (fingerprint), numeric password, RFID card, Elekro app (via Wi-Fi) and emergency mechanical key. You can register up to 100 fingerprints and 100 different passwords.

Yes. The Signature has IP65 rating, is made of high corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and has passed salt spray tests. It's ideal for beach houses, coastal areas and high humidity regions.

The Signature Wi-Fi Digital Lock is available for R$ 3,900.00 in our online store, with up to 12 installments on credit card.

The installation is designed to be simple and can be done by anyone with basic tools. The kit includes a drilling template, illustrated step-by-step manual and tutorial videos. Average installation time is 30 to 45 minutes. If you prefer, we offer professional installation service.

The Signature is compatible with wooden doors (35-60mm thickness), aluminum frames and tempered glass doors (with adapter). It works on doors opening left or right, with reversible adjustment included.

Yes! The digital lock integrates with smart lights, sensors, air conditioning and other devices through the Smart Life/Tuya app, allowing you to create automated scenarios for your smart home.

Yes. Elekro's founder has over 15 years of experience in engineering, including projects in renewable energy and artificial intelligence. We offer consulting in hardware, firmware, software and IoT development.

Yes. Our engineering division develops tailor-made solutions for industries, including embedded systems, industrial IoT sensors, rapid prototyping and hardware/software integration.

All Elekro products have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering electronic and mechanical components. The warranty is valid throughout Brazil.
